Refund Policy

At Omni Digital Services, we strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. Our goal is to give you the tools and resources you need to succeed.

However, in case it does turn out that you’re not completely satisfied with one of our products, here are our refund policies for all our products and services where Omni Digital Services operates.

 

All Products, Services, Websites and Projects Refund Policy


When you sign up for Intelligent Codes products and services, you immediately gain access to a whole library of information, much of which is only available to active members. You also gain access to downloadable tools depends on what you have paid for, and a very active community of members who openly share their experiences.

RPC1: If you have ordered, or you are going to order products or services from us that require more than one day to be delivered then you should ignore the statement above and wait for the day clearly stated on the page you have ordered for the products or services.

RPC2: Because of the nature of our products and services, we can’t provide refunds for any products and services related to our company Omni Digital Services except as stated otherwise on the sales page where you are reading information for the products or services.

RPC3: We would not give any partial refund(s) should you terminate a subscription before your renewal date. If you are paying in instalments or book a spot for any of our products or services, and then later decide to ask for a refund for any reason or no reason along the line. We'll decline your refund request, so please think and be sure you are okay with our refund policy before transacting with us.

 

Protecting You as a Member

In the early days of Omni Digital Services products and services, we often gave refunds when a member wasn’t fully satisfied.

However, we learned quickly that many people were accessing our products and services, downloading the tools, watching the content, abusing them and even scouring the community for sensitive information shared by other clients and members, only to request a refund.

Because members of Omni Digital Services products and services gain the most value when they are open about their projects in the community, we just can’t allow that kind of behaviour to happen. This policy protects Omni Digital Services clients & members by keeping out those people who would take advantage of others.

So we’ve gone above and beyond to make it clear exactly how products and services work and what’s in it, so you won’t have any bad surprises (only really good ones) when you sign up. And if you still have questions, feel free to reach out to us via the support ticket here.



What to Do if You Have Paid for one or more of Omni Digital Services Products & Services and Aren’t Satisfied

We’ve discovered that there is rarely an issue for Omni Digital Services clients or members that we can’t solve with a little communication. Here are some guidelines for getting the help you need if you’re having trouble with any aspect of Omni Digital Services Products & Services.

If you’re having trouble with building or you’re struggling to implement something taught after ordering for Omni Digital Services Products & Services, start by posting about it in the forums.icodes.io community. Icodes and any other staffs are all active participants as are many other Omni Digital Services members, and we’re all very eager to help you succeed!

Exception to this Policy


RPC4: The Omni Digital Services Product & Services return policy applies to new signups as well renewals. This policy also applies to old customer that have paid for one or more product or services before setting this policy.

Other Refund Policy 


RPC5: If a refund time is stated on the products or services page and a client or member fails to implement what he/she had paid for and delivered to, then request for refund. We would gladly decline the refund.


RPC5i: In a case for a product: For example, If the refund policy clearly says 30 days on the sales page, you have to implement the information packaged inside the product you bought within 30 days.


RPC5ii: If at the end of 30 days, we failed to provide support and fix whatever issue you are having for the product or the information given is not as described on the sales page or thread, you can message @iCodes directly or raise a support ticket here, and we would investigate your claim and make an appropriate refund decision.

When you purchase any of our products or services or premium"ly" signed up on any of our websites like https://www.icodes.io or https://forum.icodes.io , you gain access to scripts, tools, several tutorials, frequently asked support questions, and contact options for reporting bugs, reporting billing and account issues, and requesting a refund (Only if you have meant our refund terms).

NOTE: RPC used on this policy means (Refund Policy Case).

"Company" "We" "Us" "Me" used on this page refer to one Omni Digital Services & Intelligent Codes. And this policy governs any products or services offered by Omni Digital Services as a registered company.
